Avision AD8120UN A3 Network Production Scanner
The Avision AD8120UN Scanner combines high-volume document capture with a 500-sheet automatic feeder and wired network connectivity. It supports organizations in Pakistan digitizing large batches of records, forms, invoices and A3 documents through a dedicated scanning setup.
120 ppm Scanning at Both 200 and 300 dpi
Scan A4 documents at up to 120 pages per minute or 240 images per minute in duplex mode. These speeds apply to color and black-and-white scanning at both 200 and 300 dpi. This allows teams to select 300 dpi capture while retaining the same rated scanning throughput.
Large Feeder with Paper Protection
The automatic document feeder holds up to 500 sheets of A4, 80 g/m² paper, reducing the need for frequent loading. A recommended daily volume of up to 100,000 pages supports demanding scanning workloads. Paper protection technology and triple ultrasonic double-feed detection help identify feeding problems during batch processing.
Flexible Paper Paths for Different Originals
The straight-through path supports paper weights from 20 to 413 g/m², while the U-turn path handles 20 to 210 g/m². The AD8120UN accommodates A3 documents, embossed cards up to 1.25 mm thick and long documents at selected resolutions. Minimum document dimensions differ between single-page and multiple-page feeding.
Ethernet, USB and Document Capture Software
Connect through Ethernet for a supported network scanning setup or USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 for direct computer connectivity. Listed software includes Virtual Scanner Link, Button Manager, PaperPort and AVScan, alongside TWAIN, ISIS and WIA drivers. The scanner provides 600 × 600 dpi optical resolution with output up to 1200 × 1200 dpi. Software functionality and available file formats depend on the application and operating system used.
